Job Brief

We are searching for a dedicated and reliable Machine Operator to support our company’s warehouse operations in Indianapolis. Primary responsibility will be running one of our machines, such as a slitter, sheeter or cutter. You will receive on the job training. No previous experience is necessary. You will be cross-trained to receive, input, sort, load and unload products and you will perform various warehouse activities.

Hours are day shift, Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

Machine Operation: Safely operate machinery and ensure machines are set up properly.
Assembly & Production: Assemble, install, and check product parts, following specifications and using the appropriate tools.
Quality Control: Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications.
Maintenance: Perform basic preventive maintenance on production equipment and report any malfunction to the supervisor.
Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for oneself and fellow employees.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production, including quantity, type, and any notable occurrences during the production process.
Collaboration: Work with other team members to ensure efficient production workflow.

We Offer

$16.50 - 17.50 / hr, depending on experience
